Meet Dr. Enoch
I'm a licensed medical doctor from Uganda, a health writer, and mental health advocate passionate about making health information more human, relatable, and accessible.
Medicine taught me the science of healing — but writing taught me the art of connection.
Today, I bring both worlds together to craft clear, evidence-based, and empathetic health content that educates, inspires, and transforms how people think about wellness.

What I Believe
As a doctor, my job is to help people. As a writer, my goal is simple: to make health information clear, honest, and easy to use for everyone.
I believe that good health starts with good knowledge. That’s why I write content that is accurate (because I am a physician) but also warm and easy to read. I have a strong passion for Mental Health and community well-being, and I am committed to making sure every patient and client gets the clear, truthful information they need to thrive.
My Journey
After earning my Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and completing internship, I realized my deepest fulfillment came not just from treating illness, but from communicating health — simplifying complex science so people could understand, take action, and live better.
That insight led me into medical writing, where I combine my clinical knowledge with creativity and research to support:
Health and wellness blogs
Public health organizations and NGOs
Startups, brands, and educators who need credible, engaging content
In 2025, my paper on the gaps in management of schizophrenia earned recognition and a $15,000 award from Columbia University, affirming my belief that words can heal minds as powerfully as medicine heals bodies.
What I Stand For
I write with empathy, accuracy, and purpose — aiming to:
Educate through trustworthy, research-driven medical content
Inspire healthier living and mental well-being
Bridge the gap between medicine, culture, and communication
Beyond writing, I’m also the co-founder of Huko Safaris, a travel and wellness company that promotes eco-friendly tourism and mental health through reconnecting with nature.
Because I believe — deeply — that healing isn’t only clinical; it’s also emotional, social, and environmental.
When I’m not writing or consulting, you’ll find me:
Creating mental health awareness content on TikTok and YouTube
Volunteering in community health outreaches
Exploring new cultures, hiking, or working on wellness projects that bring people together
Each story I tell, each article I write, carries one mission — to make health knowledge a bridge, not a barrier.
